Magnum is a 5-year-old red male with cropped ears and a docked tail. He weighs about 80 lbs. He is currently at a vet clinic near Atlanta and they are looking for a good forever home for him.

Magnum came to them badly injured when his owner carelessly placed him leashed in back of a truck. Poor Magnum fell out and was dragged behind the vehicle tearing the pads off his paws and ripping the skin and flesh off his hind quarters. He was very badly injured and in a lot of pain. The owners did not have money to care for his medical treatment so they relinquished him to the vet clinic.

Magnum is heartworm positive and has been receiving slow kill heartworm treatment and will leave with medications to continue this at no cost. He will also receive any future necessary cold laser therapy healing laser treatments as needed at no cost, if he is taken back to this clinic.

Magnum has been neutered and is up to date on vaccinations. He is very affectionate and will lean on you for petting. He appears to be good with other dogs. We went to meet him and took a female Doberman with us and he was very playful with her. Since they do not know how he is with children, cats or small dogs, he will not be placed into a home with any of them.
